Can somebody please make a week diet with meals to help me lose weight?

Is incorporating 2 slices of whole wheat bread per day into my meals bad for a diet?

Healthy vegetarian meals/diet? How long will it take to lose the baby fat?

I go to work out at the gym w/ my mom in the mornings and then im active all day bc i have a horse and the work is never done!! Im 13, 5′3”, 120 pounds. I dont want to hear that i shouldnt worry about losing weight. I just want to trim up and get healthy.
