Are frozen diet meals really healthier?
cakegirl asked:
Are Lean Cuisine, Healthy Choice and Smart Ones really prepared low fat or, is the benefit portion control? Would I do just as well and save money using the less expensive frozen mini meals?

No, its portion control but healthier is making it yourself. A little george foreman grill and spray olive oil and vegetables…boneless skinless chicken, turkey, etc. Grill spray, season and stir fry your vegies. Its healthier

I don’t think they’re healthier, I think they’re just easier.

I lost 70 pounds and occasionly ate some of those frozen meals. But I mostly I made a lot of my own low-fat meals ahead of time and put them in the freezer. I’d make 20 meals and then freeze them. It saves so much time and then that way I knew it was strictly low-fat. And there will be days you don’t feel like cooking healthy, so its easy to pull out one of your meals out of the freezer. I always ate until I was full. It was about how many fat grams there were per serving. Read the labels. I found their frozen meal portions a bit too small so I would add a baked potato with fat-free sour cream.

NOPE!
Only things in their natural state are the best for you. Make your own dinner from scratch.
Frozen dinners will only make you toxic! (google toxidity and detoxifying)

yes their fine the only problem is they might not give you enough protein i went to weight watchers and they told me that they are perfect except for some which contain a lottt of salt which is bad so you have to reduve the amount of salt for the rest of the day the brand with the least ssalt the healthiest is “Healthy Choice”
