    some cereal
    low fat yogurt
    ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread
    fresh apple slices
    chicken salad
    fresh juicy orange

    wow if you did that, youll live to 1000

    You need to eat some protien, carbs and a fruit or veggie at each meal.

    Sample:
    Breakfast: two scrambled eggs with a little cheese wrapped in a tortilla with some salsa and a piece of fruit

    Snack: Apple with 2 Tbsp Peanut butter

    Lunch: 1/2 Turkey sandwhich with either a small salad (low fat dressing ) or a cup of broth based soup.

    Snack: baby carrots and string cheese

    Dinner: lean chicken ****** with salsa or BBQ sauce, serving of brown rice, salad or steamed veggies.

    Snack: fruit with yogurt and granola

    Your (small) plate should be about 1/2 veggie, 1/4 protien, 1/4 carb.
