diet meals/recipes?
Michael R asked:
i have been trying to loose weight for some time but i keep giving up on diets because they are impractical to my schedule. i am in school from 8:30-3:30 every day so i have to be able to carry food with me, i have access to a microwave at lunch but thats it. breakfast has to be quick because i try to get as much sleep as i can. lunch has to be pre-made so i can carry it with me in a tupperware or something and dinner has to be the same way because i work every night. i have no problem with dieting i just can’t follow any because they say things like “don’t eat more than so many calories” i have no time to calculate that kind of stuff so i just need like a few different meals that i can make beforehand. so what i’m really asking is this. what is a good diet plan with recipes for someone with a tight schedule?

Sorry, I don’t have any recipes but the easiest thing to do is to follow the no flour/no sugar diet. If it has flour in it, don’t eat it. If it has sugar in it, don’t eat it. Take a look at the link below. Good luck!
