(With Chinese, avoid fried selections like Hunan chicken, and ask for any stir-fry to use as little oil as possible. Go for white rice, not fried, and steamed dishes over stir-fried. Since much Chinese food is prepared on the spot, they can probably accommodate you.)</description>
