    id say just make your portion sizes smaller, do at least one physical activity a day, and never eat after 7:30 pm. my friend lost 11 kg that way.

    well there are no tips in excersising( that i know of) but if you want to lose weight fast i cant guarantee you will lose reall soon but you can join a sports club, excersise every day, sit ups, eat well this dosent mean going on a diet it means eating more healthy foods and less junk foods but you could still eat junk food once in a while, go to the gym more often, and try just searching in the web or go to google.com and type in excersise tips or excersises to lose weight its real simple, if you have faith in your self you will acomplish something you never thought possible!!!

    And you need veggies and fruits to be healthy.

    Also your wants ‘to lose a lot of weight in a quick time’ is what every gal on a diet wants it seems, but it’s not the healthiest thing to drop lots of weight fast because usually that means you aren’t eating enough nutrients and your metabolism is getting majorly slowed down.

    Eat six 200 calorie mini meals per day

    for example-

    light bread (80 calories for 2 slices) and one tablespoon peanut butter (85 calories) and a grapefruit with Splenda (35 calories)- 200 calorie breakfast

    bring for a snack mid school day a bag of grapes (30 grapes =90 calories)- 90 calorie snack

    at school for lunch- bring an apple (40 calories) and 2 pieces of light bread (80 calories) and a piece of fat free cheese (30 calories) and light turkey (not sure on the cals, I don’t eat meant) with lettuce and tomatoes, and have a fat free sugar free pudding (60 calories) and bring a water bottle or a diet snapple- 260 calorie lunch

    when you get home have a green pepper (20 calories) and 2 table spoons of hummus (50 calories) OR fat free ranch or blue cheese (30 calories) and a 100 calorie pack of popcorn -150-170 calorie snack

    for dinner have a cup of Minestrone soup (100 calories), a salad with fat free italian or blue cheese or w/e dressing (40 calories) and a Boca Burger (meat free very tastey burger, 70 calories) with fat free cheese (30 calories) with a light bun (80 -90 calories) (lots of protein and so good)-340 calorie dinner

    for a snack at night have a Danon Light n Fit yogurt (60 calories) with cut up strawberries, and blueberries (or plain if you want) with a handful of Rice Krispie cereal- 100 calorie snack

    End your night with a nice little treat if you’ve stuck to your calorie plan of a 90 calorie pack (quakers crisp things are good) or a rice krispie treat (90 calories in most packages, check the box you buy)- 90 calorie dessert

    ^ not too deprived, yet still relatively low cal intake

    I dont know about wieght by kg, but you dont need to diet. Belive me, if you skip a bowl of icecream or a chocolate bar for a carrot everyday, youll be supprised with how much better you feel and look. In addition, do a sport like soccer or basketball to burn some extra carbs.

    the best thing u can do is drink a lott of watter and walk as much as u can and u dont have to go on a diet but i would sugest that u start choosing more healthy foods that also helps u loose a lot of weight
