What should i say to mom’s meals when i’m on a diet and don’t know how many calories are in it?
CoCo asked:
I don’t wanna bring up the fact i’m on a diet cause she’ll be like, “You don’t need to lose weight” and she buys food i liked but is very bad for me. What can i ask for dinner when i can that is healthy for me and will not hurt a diet?

Tell her you aren’t trying to lose weight, just trying to stick to healthier food choices. Ask if she could provide more veggies/ or a salad with meals, and you could take less of the more fattening stuff and more of the good stuff.

Eat less of what she makes and drink plenty of water while eating it.
You’ll consume less of it and she wont give you any bull for not eating it.
Ask for things that you think she would also enjoy that are more healthy so you both enjoy the benefits and she doesn’t have to feel like a caterer to you.
