What small, on-the-go meals do you eat when you diet?

I’ve gained a few pounds in the last month and want to get rid of them. Does anybody have any recommendations for really quick, easy to make meals and snacks? Along the lines of turkey sandwiches, crackers, stuff like that–something I can take to work. I’m trying to stick to about 1500 calories until I lose the 5. Thanks!

    Get some of those veggie snack packs for a dollar from your local grocery store. They’re found with the other vegetables and are just over a dollar. The perfect serving size and lowfat dip included! Eat more fruit and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, (you lose weight faster if you keep hydrated). Wouldn’t hurt to walk for 20 minutes either.
