		<description>When your on the first phase of atkins he tells you to consume 20 carbs per day(mostly made up of approved veggies) for the first two weeks to help kick start ketosis and wake up your metabolism...You should never limit yourself 1-2 meals on atkins or any other diet..  your supposed to eat enough of the right foods to satisfy yourself.. your supposed to include the approved veggies in your meals for part of your carb makeup... go to and also buy the book because you can&#039;t just wing it..</description>
