What are the tastiest Lean Cuisine, Smart Ones, etc. diet meals?
lil sammy asked:
Time to work on shedding my winter layer. I usually **** these meals, but need quick food sometimes. Which are the most palatable in your opinion?
Thanks

The Lean Cuisine paninis are amazing. They actually do not taste low fat. They are usually the first ones to sell out at the grocery store, too.

I really like the Lean Cuisine brick oven BBQ chicken pizza. I even eat those when I’m not on a diet. Delicious and they come out of the microwave perfectely crispy.

smart ones are good and most contain a full serving of veggies. with any of these frozen foods you have to watch the sodium content, a lot of sodium will make you bloated. you can always add some hot sauce, or other condiments to spruce them up a little, some are bland. good luck.

None of these are tasty or particularly healthy. Ever notice how the portions are tiny? That’s because they aren’t healthy, and they have to make the serving small so they won’t have a ridiculous number of calories.
Buy some chicken and some vegetables. grill the chicken and steam the vegetables. If you need quick food sometimes, do it ahead of time, put them into plastic boxes and reheat later.
