Hum, I think you should also eat some steamed meat for the dinner and also EAT SOMETHING early in the morning, overall fruits and sugar (honey)!
It would be better if you eat AT LEAST 5 times during the day…breakfast, snak between break. and lunch, lunch, a break in the afternoon, dinner!
Also, try to eat SLOWLY! You fill feel full soon!
Drink a lot of water (minimum 2 l a day!)

It does sound good, but honestly, unless you had more than half a cup of mixed nuts, you may have had too few calories. The average woman needs between 1200 and 1500 calories just to breathe and have normal bodily functions. If you are fairly active, you may need more!
I highly suggest you check out my profile. Trust me. After losing over 100 pounds, ya homegirl right here knows what she’s talking about.
Blessings to you!!!!

My goodness girl looks like you trying to more starve yourself than diet. Throw a fastfood cheeseburger into the mix now and then but drink an envigra carbonated tea along with it. Seems to work for me keeps me from slowing down at work anyway.
