Fitting bad meals into my diet?

I lost 30 pounds this past winter because I tend to eat extremely healthy all throughout the day balancing my meals and getting the right nutrition. I also ran about 2 miles, 4 days a week for a few months. Im a 6′1 25 year old male. I weigh 183 pounds now.

But recently, when dinner comes around, most of the time I dont eat a healthy dinner and I go a little overboard. Indian, Chinese, Mexican, etc. are all mostly not healthy and thats what I tend to eat for dinner.
When it comes down to it, Im only taking in about 2500 calories at the most a day when I eat a bad dinner. Ive been doing this about 3 days a week for the past 3-4 months yet ive managed to maintain the same weight. Is this a bad thing im doing, or is it ok if I can fit the “bad” food into my diet?
