would these meals be considered healthy & good for a diet?

breakfast: oatmeal w/ cinnamon & raisins, an apple & water.

lunch: 2 peices of wheat toast w/ natural crunchy peanut butter, & a non fat yogurt.
snack: lots of mixed nuts & water
dinner: salad w/ carrots & some string beans & water.
would these meals be considered healthy & good for a diet?
were the nuts too much?.. even though it’s my only source of protein for the day. will i gain weight from this?
