I think coz we don’t hunt for food. If food is readily available we become lazy and hence we have to burn the extra calories by exercising or else we gain more than our body can handle. Hunting was supposed to be, not only a way of survival but a form of exercise. Take domesticated animals for example, they do get fat and lazy if we spoil them with food. I dunno about psychological problems though – probably stress might be a factor.

Because we live such a lazy lifestyle, and we eat lots of processed foods and we’re very lazy and pampered. Animals in the wild get their “exercise” from surviving, and all their foods aren’t drenched in oil either. Carnivores “exercise” by hunting, and herbivores “exercise” by running from carnivores.

How come HUMANS are the ONLY ANIMALS who need to EXERCISE to be HEALTHY?. Can it be the FOOD we CONSUME?. How come ANIMALS in the WILD DON’T get HEART PROBLEMS, DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS, ACNE, CANCER, IMPOTENT, TIREDNESS and the rest of PROBLEMS HUMANS(ANIMALS) GET. Wake up whoever WANTS to.

sorry ran out of room .was on not a fruit lover.any other suggestions on good nutrition ive tryed buying fruit it doesnt get ate an goes to waste ive tryed diets an always gain the weight back so i have just been excersising an walking although i am getting to where i can walk further an further im not dropping any weight will it slowly drop .I am not one of those fat people who eat alot at a time either (poor misconception by people i think) i cant eat alot at one sitting,i get sick. any ideas

ok so heres one for you .three years ago i had a hernia surgery on my stomach an when i did it screwed up both of my legs for about 2 an a half years.made them feel as though you were walking on needles an they were swelled up.i gained a hundred pounds in 3 months after the surgery i think they used steroids on me but anyway ive been walking for 6 months now an started out doing less than a mile an now am up to 3 miles an doing crunches but still not dropping the weight. not a fruit lover.

I love the workout builder on the website. It’s the 1st link in the info box to the right. You select the exercise, and the number of reps. Then the video plays all of the moves the number of times you have to do them. That way you can follow along without having to remember which exercises you planned to do. I always have them written down, and have to look back at it to see what’s next. So, I think it’s pretty cool.

thanks for the 3 tips. I wish this year to take off about 10 to 15 pounds. I weigh around
183 and would like to get down to 170. Seems simple enough. maybe i can attain it. portion control and snacking are killing my weight loss.
