Thanks for this video. I have hypertension and take medication for my bloodpressure. I plan on getting married later on this year and I really want to be healthy for my wife and me. I don’t want to mess with weights right now cause it could raise my pressure up so these excercises seem very useful in my daily life. I look foward to giving you the results by the end of february. Heyy i do gymnastics 5 days a week 4 hours a practice . i have so much muscule from that . will this help me looseweight or just makee me have more muscule .

it said you dont have to use the mat for any thing but the crawling if you dont have a mat you can do the ab plank thingy where u stay in the possistion for 1-2 mins
