    Thanks for this video. I have hypertension and take medication for my bloodpressure. I plan on getting married later on this year and I really want to be healthy for my wife and me. I don’t want to mess with weights right now cause it could raise my pressure up so these excercises seem very useful in my daily life. I look foward to giving you the results by the end of february.     it said you dont have to use the mat for any thing but the crawling if you dont have a mat you can do the ab plank thingy where u stay in the possistion for 1-2 mins :)
