how do you stop yourself from feeling hungry, i am constantly hungry, unless I restrict my carb intake, but usually that means uping the fat in my diet, any suggestions

yes she has another one, its called the 30day shred. its at walmart, you can get it for about 10 bucks. Its good and very very intense something you may need to knock those pounds off. I recommend it to anyone.

Is this the Wii fit thing or does she have another workout program? I bought the Wii fit thing and I haven’t tried it yet because I’m a little scared of her still. lol

I like how you mix up your workouts. I usually just go to the gym and get on the same thing for 40 mins and leave. No wonder I **** working out. Imma look into these workout videos and imma mix my workouts up

I can relate to this vlog I’m 150-163 but just a yr ago I was 220 thats the most I ever weigh i hated myself but once I turned my – into a + I dropped weight like crazy my fam thought I was using drugs…I still want to lose 30lbs by my bday 6/27 I thinak u for this Q and A I do have a Q what r so good smoothies n how did u keep the pounds off I making my way to a vegan life style n I have gain 5lbs what am I doing wrong

i’m glad i seen the part on sweets i have a problem with sweets…i have been workin out 5
days a wk for a lil over a month and i’m loosin wieght but since turkey day and xmas sweets have been right in my face lol im a sucker for cake…not real big on cookies and icecream and pies just cakes and candy lol i’ve slowed down a lil but around those holidays i fall short…but imma try ta do what u said and try ta push it out for a few days before i try a lil…thankz for the advice

Hey lady! I love the comment about “making your vices hard to get too”. I am so lazy now so I refuse to get up and go get my favorite candy or wine. Lol. This way, that stuff stays out of my house.

I am with you when you’re right! I tried working out after eating and had the worst nausea EVER! I’m going to try that spontaneity thing also…maybe that’s what I need….I **** doing workout videos I don’t know why but I may give some different ones a try…
Question….when you weigh yourself how do you know what point of your weight radius you are? My weight fluctuates all over the place…

after i work out i crave carbs. is this natural and common and should i satisfy these cravings?
