This does 1 simple thing. It cuts down on your total caloric intake while PREVENTING YOU from starving. You’ll be nice and filled up. This is an easy way to cut calories. Other ways are beyond STUPID because they slow down your metabolism. This won’t slow down your metabolism.
Just do it for a week and test it out. What harm would a week of doing this do? The answer is NOTHING… NO HARM.
2. Mini-trampoline jumping during commercials… or walking up and down stairs
I’m giving you 2 options here. During tv commercials, you can either jump on a mini-trampoline or walk up and down stairs in your home. If you don’t have stairs, that makes it easy.
Commercials last about 3 minutes for each break. In 1 hour of tv programming, you’ll get in about 20 minutes of commercials… and thus, working out.
Again, try this for a week and see what happens. What harm is there in giving it a try?
