im amazed well done to you iv got 2 and a half stone to loose and iv already lost over 2 stone.
It is hard but if you stick at it its well worth it iv got a personal trainer best money i ever spent much beeter than yo yo diets and quick fixs.
Dont be fooled guys weight only comes off and stays off if you eat healthy and exercise there are no quick fixes good luck xxxxxx
