PCOS Weight Loss Journey
I began my new life on March 01 2007
I have lost 102 pounds to date.
I did NOT have surgery, go on a “diet” or any other gimick.
If you have any questions about my weight loss or PCOS, feel free to ask.
UPDATE everyone. I’ve lost more weight since the video. I am now 186.2 as of this morning. I plan on making a video of exactly WHAT I did..b/c I have been flooded with questions. Just give me a little time. Thanks, guys.
***UPDATE*** So the weight loss and military goals have come to a screeching hault. I found out on Sept. 23 that we are PREGNANT!! completely naturally!! With PCOS! I didn’t believe that was even possible! Anywho, keep the positive feedback coming and keep up your own journeys..they are oh so worth it!!

I have PCOS and I have lost a little weight, but I can’t seem to lose anymore, it’s like I’m at a standstill with my weight. I’ve been struggling with my weight since I was a child.

I’ve been tested for diabetes, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance- everything that would cause this crazy weight gain but there’s nothing. I’m so exhausted all the time now and I feel so ugly and disgusting, my boyfriend of 2 years left me for this skinny ***** a week ago and I’m so upset because I can’t lose weight, everytime I eat healthfully and go to the gym, I just end up gaining more weiht and I’m so tired of doctors telling me that I’m just lazy. I wish someone, somewhere could help me

I wish someone could tell me what to do. I used to be so athletic but then my weight jumped from 180 to 220 despite having intense rowing practice for 3-4 hours 6x a week and swimming every other day. And then it started getting harder for me to do sports and my periods stopped and I was diagnosed with PCOS but by then I was 250 and I lost like 25 pounds but now I’m all the way up to 275 at 5′10 and I can’t walk up stairs without getting out of breath and no doctor can help me

Way to go…Let me just say that I have suffered with pcos since I was diagnosed in 1998 at he age of 24. All I have ever wanted was to be a Mommy, my husband and I tried for years with fertility treatments and all and nothing. I like you knew I had to lose weight so I did. I went from 220 to 162. Then guess what…pregnant… After just having baby number 3 on 11/03/08 I am back on the weight loss journey. Just a little advice….just enjoy your pregnancy…. You CAN lose it again. Good luck

I am so proud of you cyster:)Such an inspiration. i knew in my heart for yrs i had pcos but my doc just ignored me & told me my symptoms were nothing.i went to a specialist and found out i was right. i was overweight…this was about 5wks ago. so far i lost 8lbs which considering the amount of calories i burn and the foods i eat i should have lost at least 11. i know w/ pcos its harder. i am scared to take the pill and gain weight. according to the BMI i am now only 1lb overweight!!!:)yayy

Thank you! I’ve recently decided 2 months ago to loose my pcos weight. I have a 10 month old (took us three years) and have had it with the weight. My goal weight is 145, slightly higher than my wedding weight 6 years ago. I have 30 left and you motivated me, because I’ve maintained for the last 3 weeks. Thanks again! You look great and congrats!
