My Weight loss Montage from week 0-5 showing the difference in my body each week. Overall I lost 5.5 lbs, 17 beats per minute (heart rate) and 3% body fat.

Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

    awesome! congrats, don’t give up! you’re looking great already!!! it’s amazing how much a difference 5 pounds makes! chances are you lost more fat than you think and gained muscle (muscle weighs more than fat). also, for every pound of muscle you have, your body burns 50 more calories per day :)

    Wow, the weight seems to have pretty much all come off your midsection. I think belly fat is supposed to be the most “dangerous”, so awesome! I’ll be rooting for you in your next competition.
