Well I’m looking into yoga to release stress and maybe lose some weight as well, but i’m just beginning it. Is there anyway you could make some beginners videos?

yoga definetely helps to keep a toned and flexible body, but the best way to lose weight is keeping yourself away from junk food. You can spend hours and hours doing yoga or any kind of exercise but if you don’t learn to close your mouth you’re not going to lose any weight.
